With a strong foundation in process management within the maritime sector, he is passionate
about driving change, improving efficiency, and delivering client-focused solutions.

Since joining Lion Marine Group in 2022, Thijs has played a key role in expanding the
company’s market presence and supporting its continued growth. Prior to this, he held various
sales and business development roles at other maritime companies, where he gained valuable
industry insight and commercial expertise.

Thijs brings a proactive, strategic approach to his work, committed to providing outstanding
support and tailored solutions to clients and stakeholders worldwide.

Outside of work, Thijs enjoys cycling, traveling, and indulging his passion
for gastronomy—both by preparing meals and exploring refined cuisine.
